Put yourself under hypnosis
in two minutes.Learn it in 40 minutes — then walk in calm, every time it counts.
It's what founders use before the pitch, athletes before they walk out, and musicians before the first note. Two minutes, on your own, right when it counts.
€27 until 15 September, then €47. Free to join the list.
19 already waiting
You already know this feeling.
Not because something is wrong with you. Because your body learned a response, and it is running it right on schedule.
You nail it every time in practice — then something changes the moment it counts
Your hands shake and your heart pounds right when you need them steady
Your mind goes blank mid-sentence, right when you needed it most
One bad outing follows you into the next one, whether you want it there or not
Calming down is not the same
as changing what happens next time.
You can talk yourself down. You can push through. Both calm the part of you that is already listening — but the shaking hands, the blank mind, the bad outing that follows you into the next one, all come from somewhere deeper than that. This is not a better version of what you have tried. It is a different door, straight to the part of you that is actually causing it.
Join the founding group →What you'll be able to do by tonight.
One narrow goal, done properly: stress down, confidence up, on demand.
Bring your stress down in about two minutes, on demand
Quiet the doubt that shows up right before it matters
Walk in with confidence that doesn’t depend on how your morning went
Run it yourself — no app, no coach, nobody else in the room
Learn it once. Use it everywhere it matters.
You learn the mechanism once, then aim it at whichever moment tends to take you.
Founders
The pitch. The board meeting. The keynote.
Athletes
The qualification. The final. The one performance.
Musicians
The concert. The audition. The take you don’t get to do twice.
Four steps. Forty minutes.
Each one ends with something you can actually do. By the last step you have put yourself under, on your own, with nothing to press play on.
What is actually happening to you
6 minThe pressure response, in plain language: what fires, in what order, and why it starts before you have consciously decided anything. Also what hypnosis actually is — and the three things it is not.
You stop treating it as a character flaw and start treating it as a state.
Putting yourself under
12 minThe induction itself, step by step — eye fixation and breath, the two that hold up best under pressure. How to tell you are actually in it, and how to take control of the state instead of waiting for it to happen to you.
You can put yourself into hypnosis on your own, without a recording.
Going deeper, and aiming it
10 minDeepening with a countdown so the state holds. Then the part most people get wrong: how to phrase a suggestion your mind actually accepts — present tense, specific, and pointed at your moment, not a generic calm.
You can go deeper on purpose and direct it at the thing you came here for.
Making it survive the real moment
12 minInstalling a physical anchor while you are under, so the state has a trigger. Firing it in two minutes with your heart already going. And coming out clean and alert, not foggy — which matters when you walk straight into the room.
A two-minute reset you can run backstage, in the car, or before you walk in.
A guided session you keep
A full guided hypnosis audio, yours to keep. You will not need it — teaching you to work without one is the entire point — but on the days you would rather be walked through it than run it yourself, it is there. Included, never sold separately.
The four things people ask first.
What if I can’t be hypnotized?
If you have ever missed your exit while driving, or lost an hour inside a book, you have already been in the state. You are not learning a new ability. You are learning to enter it on purpose instead of by accident.
Will I lose control?
The opposite. Nobody can be made to act against their own values — that part is stage-show fiction. You stay aware the whole way through, and you can stop any time you decide to. Almost everyone arrives expecting to hand control over. What they find is that they are holding it.
Does this actually hold up under real pressure, not just when I’m relaxed?
That is the only version of this worth teaching. It is the same reset I train into athletes before they walk out to compete — and the exact system I used to prepare myself for hypnotising a room of 100+ people at once. I still use it before every high-pressure moment I face. Not a relaxation trick for a quiet room, but a state you can drop into with your heart already pounding. You practise it when you're relaxed, so it's there when you're not.
Can it really take only 40 minutes?
Yes, because the skill is simpler than people expect it to be. What takes time is not learning the induction — it is trusting it. Forty minutes is enough to hand you the whole mechanism and walk you through it once, properly, with nothing padded out to make it look bigger. What you do with it after that is repetition, and repetition is yours.

From the athletes and coaches I work with
As a high performance athlete himself, he knows very well the sacrifices that must be made and what it is all about to be successful.
German national coach, para taekwondo
Confident and free performance is crucial in our sport, and Jupin understands this deeply as an experienced dancer himself. He knows the challenges athletes face and has developed a thoughtful mental framework that helps them prepare for competition and performance-related pressure.

Thank you again! You are really good at this. I was genuinely much less nervous.
Danke dir nochmal! Du machst das echt gut! Ich war wirklich viel weniger nervös.

Everything looked fine from the outside. Addiction, impostor syndrome and limiting beliefs on the inside. I tried every discipline-based fix there is — harder training, better routines, more willpower. None of it touched the thing underneath.
Then I found hypnosis. Something moved that years of discipline never had — not because I finally tried hard enough, but because I had finally reached the part of me that was actually causing it. That is the whole reason this course exists.
Since then I have taken a room of more than a hundred people into hypnosis in a single session, and I work one to one with founders and athletes who compete internationally. That is where I learned what actually holds up when the pressure is real.
