Who we are

ATTUNE is a self-guided hypnosis and mindfulness app created by Jupin Asefi. This page explains how we handle your personal data when you join our waitlist or use our service.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The date and time of your submission

We do not collect payment information, location data, or any sensitive personal data at this stage.

How we use your data

We use your name and email to:

• Notify you when ATTUNE launches or early access opens
• Send you updates about the product (infrequently)
• Understand how many people are interested in the product

We will never sell your data to third parties, share it for advertising purposes, or use it for anything beyond communicating with you about ATTUNE.

Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your data is your consent — given when you voluntarily submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us to request deletion.

Data storage and processors

Your data is stored securely in a Supabase database (hosted on AWS in the EU region). Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and is GDPR-compliant.

We may also use email delivery services (such as Resend) to send you messages. These services receive only your email address for the purpose of delivery.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website (pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources). This data is anonymised and aggregated — we cannot identify individual users through analytics. Analytics only runs if you accept cookies via the consent banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will show the banner again.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data at any time
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from any emails we send

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@jupinasefi.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep your data until you ask us to delete it, or until ATTUNE launches and you either become a user or decline to. If the project does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 12 months.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
